- 10 egg whites
- 20 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons grated cooking chocolate
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ baking powder
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- 10 yolks
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 2 bags of chocolate whipped cream
- 200 ml milk
- 300 gr. crushed peanuts
- 2 cooking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter, milk and oil
Instructions:
- In plastic bowl add egg whites, sugar, flour, chocolate, butter and baking powder. Mix well all the ingredients and pour the mixture into baking pan which is previously covered with baking paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 45 min.
- On light heat melt 200 g dark chocolate with 200 g sugar and leave it to cool.
- Prepare the egg yolks on steam, with 250 g sugar and leave them to cool too.
- Mix the butter with electric mixer and add both previously prepared mixtures.
- Meanwhile, mix 2 packages of whipped cream with 200 ml milk.
- Combine all mixtures and add to them 300 g grind peanuts.
- Tip: First bake the peanuts and after that peel them. The peanuts prepared on this way give the cake better taste. With the mixture smear the crust.
- Melt the dark chocolate along with milk, oil and butter and stir it on top of the cake.
